Small Group Sizes. Our camps are limited to 10 students and our student-teacher ratio is a max of 3:1. During riding lessons, campers will be paired with assistant instructors to ensure safety and lots of 1-on-1 attention.
Lots of Riding and Quality Time with Horses. Most of our campers are "horse-crazy" kids who love time in the saddle and want to learn everything they can about horses. Half day campers will ride once per day. Full day campers will ride 2-3 times per day.
Fun, Professional Riding Instructors and Camp Counselors. All campers will get to experience what it's like to care for a horse, as well as get fun, high-quality lessons taught by professional riding instructors.

Positive reinforcement (R+) training focuses on rewarding behavior we want, rather than punishing behavior we don't want. R+ training is a great way to make sure our horses are having just as much fun as we are!
Campers will learn what R+ training is, and how to apply it with the horses by practicing tricks and other behaviors on the ground and under saddle. Mini sessions with the dog, cat, and chickens will be included! They will also learn how they can apply these positive thinking skills to interactions with their own pets, friends, and daily lives.
Positive reinforcement training offers a new and fun way to interact with the horses, all while building stronger relationships between campers and their beloved equine partners.
Camper Requirements: No prior experience necessary. Geared towards ages 10-12, but ages 9-16 welcome.
Half or Full Day Options: Full day will include horseback riding with R+
Payment: Total $375.
What is it? Horse show camp is just what it sounds like, a simulation horse show!
If your rider has always dreamed of getting to enter a horse show, this is the perfect place to start. There will be classes similar to what would be found at an open show or 4H fair, such as showmanship, equitation/horsemanship, trail, dressage, and more and ribbons for placings!
Rider Requirements: Participants must be independent walk-trot riders for this event. If your student is interested in participating, but not an independent rider yet, consider scheduling some extra lessons over the summer to help them prepare!
Show clothes are not required.
Geared towards ages 10-13, but riders ages 9-18 welcome.
Full Day Only
